We continue to work on our 5 senses this week. Yesterday, we had fun being blindfolded and guessing our letters. Today, we got blindfolded and used our hands to feel bumps on cards and guess how many we felt. Out in the Great Room, we walked on jump ropes so we could feel them underneath our feet. We then tried to walk on them with our eyes closed, not being able to see what was under us or in front of us. When we take away a sense that we usually use, it changes our habits and makes us adjust to new things. We are looking forward to doing some taste testing tomorrow. We will be tasting Skittles with our eyes shut and then guessing the flavor in our mouth. Tomorrow is our "Special Friend Breakfast" and the boys and girls are really looking forward to showing their special guest around and having a little breakfast with him/her.Blin
